Privacy notice

This notice covers the VoxtaWise website. It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you browse

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps one item in your browser's storage: your answer to the privacy choices prompt. No analytics run unless you accept them there, and you can change your answer at any time from “Cookie choices” at the bottom of any page.

When you send the contact form

We store the following with your request:

What you type

Name, email address, your choice about product updates, and, if you provide them, company, role, company size and message.

From your browser

The page and section you were reading, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link, language, timezone, and screen and window size.

From the connection

IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city, postal code and coordinates), network provider, and browser user agent.

We use it to reply to you, to understand where interest in VoxtaWise comes from, and to protect the form from abuse. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Requests are stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. The confirmation email is sent through Resend. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside your country.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you can also object to our use of it and complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@voxtawise.com and we will act on your request.
